  We stood on our feet for 1-1/2 hours with no place to sit. There was very few seats in the waiting area. Had a hard time hearing the person who called names. Food was not as good as it has been in the past. Our server did a good job. She is explained the Thanksgiving buffet was moved to accommodate mire people. However, after tables were bussed they remained empty way to long, therefore causing long extended wait times to be seated. We have been eating at General Butler on Thanksgiving for 7 years and this will probably be our last time. We are looking for another venue.

  Clean, buffet was great catfish,chicken, brisket all really good. The warm banana pudding was worth the find! Waitress did seem a little "tired".

  Long wait times. The waitress seemed to not even understand how the menue worked. The worst part was when one of my friend's chicken dish came and it was so raw it had blood still on it. How does that happen?!
